Independent quotations and contracts

Any site assessment, quotation, building contract, payment arrangement or workmanship guarantee is agreed directly between you and your chosen contractor. An enquiry does not oblige you to appoint anyone.

Check the contractor

Confirm the contractor’s identity, insurance, relevant experience, scope of work, price, payment schedule and any necessary permissions before work starts. Information on this website is general guidance and cannot replace a site assessment.
